How we handle errors and updates
Our Commitment
Vouchvio is committed to accuracy. When we make a mistake — whether in a coupon code, deal description, or editorial content — we correct it as quickly as possible.
Reporting an Error
If you spot an error, please contact us at hello@vouchvio.com with the subject line "Correction Request". Include the URL of the page, what is incorrect, and what the correct information is.
Our Response Time
We aim to review all correction requests within 24 hours. If the error is confirmed, we will correct it immediately and respond to let you know.
How We Mark Corrections
For factual corrections in editorial content, we add a note at the bottom of the article explaining what was changed and when. For expired or broken coupon codes, we update the status immediately without a formal correction notice.
Retroactive Changes
We do not silently delete or alter content to remove errors. We believe in transparency — if we were wrong, we say so.
