1. Who we are
Vouchvio (vouchvio.com) is an independent coupon and deals website operated by Otar Tevdorashvili, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: hello@vouchvio.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What Vouchvio is
We list promo codes and offers published by retailers through their affiliate programmes. We are not a retailer: we do not sell products, take payments or handle orders, and we are not owned by or acting for any store listed here.
3. Deal accuracy
Codes and offers come from the retailers’ own feeds and are refreshed daily, but retailers can change or withdraw them at any time, and many have conditions such as minimum spend, region or new customers only. We cannot guarantee that an offer will work for your order. The retailer’s terms at checkout always apply.
4. Affiliate links
Store links on Vouchvio are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking one. This never changes the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
5. Third-party stores
Clicking an offer takes you to a website we do not control. Your purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, and questions about orders, delivery, refunds or product quality must go to them.
6. Acceptable use
Use Vouchvio for personal shopping. Do not scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, generate artificial clicks or traffic, manipulate our affiliate links, or submit false, unlawful or misleading content.
7. Content you submit
If you submit a review, a coupon or a report, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to publish, edit for length or clarity, and remove it. We moderate submissions and may decline any of them.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s design and original text belong to Vouchvio. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the retailer an offer applies to; their use does not imply endorsement.
9. Liability
Vouchvio is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from an offer that does not work, from a retailer’s products or services, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes apply from the date they are published.
